In
1998, Prof. William H. Byrnes, IV pioneered the
first online law school Master of Laws to be offered
by an ABA accredited law school, assembling his
distinctive faculty of published, best-in-category
academics and practitioners who exclusively teach
this specialized, 32 course curriculum in International
Tax, Financial Services, Anti-Money Laundering &
Compliance, Trusts and Estates, Wealth Management,
and E-commerce. The online law degree (LL.M.,
J.S.M., and doctoral J.S.D.) allows for
an internationally diverse, cross-disciplined professional
student-body network to evolve amongst lawyers,
accountants, financial planners, trust officers
and compliance staff. In its 9th year with alumni
from over 50 countries and jurisdictions, the students
range in age from 25 to 63, and from entry level
professionals at financial services companies to
partners of the largest global firms.
Certification
and Professional Designations offered via articulation
with professional boards of standards, some waiving
all study and examination requirement. Certifications
in Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance and in
Wealth Management are obtainable as a non-degree
student. *Read about some of our certifications
