Learning
& Student Center
178,000 SF, LEED Gold law school facility in
downtown San Diego over a 3 level, 90,000 SF
subterranean parking garage with 177 spaces.
300 additional parking spaces are available
next door (PETCO baseball stadium). The facility
serves the needs of 1,025 students and 150 faculty
and staff with 12 classrooms, 2 learning centers,
1 moot courtroom, 2 recording studios, 5 conference
rooms, an executive board room, a 40,000 SF
library, and a café, bookstore, and a
law clinic. Notable features of the facility
include expansive view terraces on the 5th and
8th floors with seating and reception space
surrounded by extensive landscaping. The luxurious
building finishes highlight top line casework,
stone work, and high ceilings. The building
operates with a state of the art computer center,
wireless access, and audio video capabilities
throughout. The roof supports a 50 kW solar
array with 270 modules. Student Residence
The student residence has 171 one-bedroom apartments
each with its own parking in the parking garage.
Athletic
Club
The athletic club operated by FIT lifestyle
is a chic, urban, 40,000 square-foot mega-plex
overlooking Petco Park. Non-resident students
may acquire passes via student services. FIT
offers personalized training, state-of-the-art
equipment, and full martial arts, aerobics,
spinning, and yoga studios. Winding down with
a relaxing steam or sauna gives our students
something to look forward to at the end of their
day. The spa inspired locker rooms give students
the opportunity to experience a soothing steam
or sauna, either alone or with friends. Students
enjoy invigorating swims in the refreshing outdoor
pool while soaking up some sun and enjoy the
beautiful scenery of the second story pool deck
overlooking the baseball park. Also provided
for students’ convenience are the amenities
expected from a full service club including
shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryers
and other toiletries. Lockers for daily use
are available at no additional charge and of
course complimentary towel service.

Your
New Law School Building--- Downtown San Diego
California - In Construction. The eight-story
law school is designed to be a green building
- to comply with the Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating
SystemTM, of the U.S. Green Building Council.
The structure will have a gross square footage
of 177,000 and a net square footage of about
142,000. The contemporary-looking structure
will feature several outdoor terraces and walls
of windows through which passersby can see into
the law school while those inside can observe
the activity of the East Village. The interior
plans will include an increased number of classrooms,
offices and collaborative work areas as well
as an expansive two-floor law library, and ample
open space and study areas. See
